Very pretty, 1 small piece is awkward.
"Very pretty, good customer support. There's only 1 design issue that bums me out. I used to be a barista, I'm not a stranger to different coffee presses. I have taken many apart. To take apart the metal base of the 3-piece filter, there is a small, loose part that attaches the base to the lid stem. That piece is small, awkward, tiny, and easy to drop down a drain. Thankfully, I use a steel sink strainer in my kitchen, to prevent tiny parts like that from falling down the drain. I'd hoped that the lid & stem would be the only hand-wash parts. But, I've got this tiny base-anchor piece to hand-wash as well. So, that's 1 part of the design I find very awkward. Otherwise, it is a lovely and elegant piece that keeps the coffee hot for a good while."
