Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Some items, like dinnerware, have a longer processing time. If you have questions or need a product by a certain date, email or text us at (708) 232-6066.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or, if available, by text.

We reserve the right to change the courier you select at checkout unless an expedited method was chosen. Choosing expedited shipping will not account for processing time. If you need an item by a certain date, it is best to contact us to ensure you receive it on time.

 

International Shipping

International shipments may incur fees based on the country of destination. Tea + Linen is not responsible for taxes and fees at the destination country. These fees are in addition to shipping fees and are not in our control. We can work with you to determine if any fees will be incurred and provide an estimate.
