  • We recommend 1 heaped teaspoon per cup, but you can adjust to your tastes.
• How do I brew this tea?
  • Brew with fresh water heated to 212° F (100° C) and steep for 3-5 minutes.
• How many cups of tea can be made from the canister?
  • Depending on how strong you like your tea and how much you use, the canister can make around 30-40 cups. 
• How do you recommend serving this tea?
  • This tea is delicious on its own or with some honey. It pairs really well with dark chocolate. 
• Can this tea be served iced?
  • Yes - this makes great iced tea! To serve iced, brew normally and cool it down, then pour over ice. Good additions include mint, lemon, fruit, or honey.
