Our Sourcing Philosophy:

We partner with producers in Japan’s three renowned tea-growing regions: Kyoto, Kagoshima, and Shizuoka. Each farm shade-grows and stone-mills their leaves, resulting in a fine, vibrant powder with a smooth, toasty finish.

We choose matcha that shares a flavor profile: buttery, clean, and lightly nutty, perfect for whisking into water or milk.
