• How much of the loose leaf tea should I use per cup?
  • We recommend 1 heaped teaspoon per cup, but you can adjust to your tastes.
• How do I brew this tea?
  • Brew with fresh water heated to 160° F (70° C) and steep for 3-5 minutes.
• Can you infuse this tea multiple times?
  • Yes, it can be infused up to 3 times. 
• How many cups of tea can be made from the canister?
  • Depending on how strong you like your tea and how much you use, the canister can make around 30-40 cups. If you use the multi-infusion technique, you can make many more.
• How do you recommend serving this tea?
  • This tea is delicious on its own or with a slice of lemon.
• Can this tea be served iced?
  • Yes! This tea is delicious both hot and iced. To serve iced, brew normally and let it cool down, then pour over ice. We recommend adding mint, fresh lemon, and honey.
    
• How should I store my tea?
  • Keep the tea in its canister and store in a cool dry place that is free from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong aromas.
